Conditions

1. 50% down payment upon confirmation of reservation

2. Dinner parties should end at 12mn, 10% service charge will be imposed after midnight

3. Increase or decrease of reservation can only be done at least 48 hours before the function

4. Minimum reservation of 50 persons, if less additional charge of Peso 1,000.00, but at least 30 persons, additional Peso 1,500.00 if MALABON, PARANAQUE, ALABANG, LAS PINAS and MANILA area.

5. Ice will only be provided for the mineral water

6. Additional charge of Peso 500.00 for every floor. (Non-available of service elevator)

7. Entrance fee (gate) for subdivision areas will be charged to the client's account

Tables & chairs with set-up, buffet table, bar service, flowers for buffet & dining tables, mineral water
